Poor Experience at Dermalogica Waterfront

I had an appointment booked two weeks in advance to do a facial at Dermologica Waterfront. As per any other person, I arrived few minutes early. I was a treated to glass of water and asked to wait as the person was supposedly doing prep work. I patiently waited.

I waited for good 15 - 20 minutes with no clear explanation on the hold. Out of of pure frustration, I got up left.This has been a very poor experience. I am not certain what your values are but to run a business it is critical to keep and respect time. Time is money.

This level of service simply ruined my day. Till this day, no none has called to explain. I suspect it may be because customers are not valued.
