Bad customer service experience

I struggle with ***mentation and today, the 10th of August I decided to go to Dermalogica in Sandton. There was lady called Khanyisa in the shop. Bad bad customer service. The lady was so rude, she couldnt wait for me to leave the store, she wasnt interested in sharing the information about the product. Until i mentioned i use other products which are much more expensive than your products, she started opening up. She was so rude, i kept asking her information and her answers were very vague. I was looking forward to becoming a client since a lot of people i know recommended the products. I hated it
