Beauty consultats with no knowledge of the products

<p>I was at Dermaestetica to purchase an Environ product I always use. As part of the serivce offered to me by the beauty consultant I was advised to buy an exfoliator for my skin as it is apparently essentail for proper skincare. After she has persuaded me and being adamant on me taking the product I bought the product and she explained the process of the exfoliator to use after I wash my face and I can use it during day or night time.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I got home to use the product reading through the leaflet as prepared by the Environ specialists it became clear that it was not an exfoliator but a cream to use on your face after you have used your face wash. It was also prescribed for dry skin, my skin is oily.</p> <p> </p> <p>After I took it up with them they do not acknowledge that they made a mistake, do not want to return the product, was very rude, shouted at me and put the phone down in my ear.</p> <p> </p> <p>Therefore in good faith I trusted that what they are selling to me are genuine and that they have the required knowledge about their products which clearly is not the case.</p>
