Hair dye blue

I bought this hair dye on an initial agreement for the colour blue .n it didn't dye my hair so they had a bad attitude n were very rude they didn't cooperate with situation .n they ganged up on me .they told me to go and complain somewhere else whilst I bought the dye from them so I'm not pleased at all with the service I feel that I was underestimated due to the fact that am I am black
