Warning: Avoid Dept Solutions South Africa

I strongly advise against using Dept Solutions South Africa for debt rescue services. I have been making payments to them for the past six months, expecting that they would be distributing the funds to my creditors as agreed. However, they failed to do so.

Only after I threatened to file a complaint with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) did they pay one month's worth of funds to my creditors. Despite multiple requests, they have not provided the required documentation to the NCR, and I am now facing the serious risk of losing everything due to their negligence and lack of accountability.

As a result, the NCR has confirmed that they will be launching a full investigation.

Please be cautious — do not trust this company with your financial future.
