No Assistance

i recently app**** for Deposit for you which was 4 days ago.

No one has gotten back to me on anything and the guy i have been in contact with keeps saying : they will email me today.

He gives me an office number ( ********** ) that constantly stays unavailable and cannot give me direct answers.

their website states that they will get into contact with you within 1 day - 4 days later and i am still waiting for anyone to contact me regarding this.

that is considered false advertising and delays people when they could have seeked assistance elsewhere.

the behaviour is very unprofessional and i do not recommend that anyone use this company that does not even have the decency to contact potential clients when a query is made.

they guy "Andile's" number is : ********** .

I am not sure if this company is properly set up and should be reported
