I app**** and accepted a offer off R30 000 on the second page of the contract they asked for R3980.10 for the lawyer to draw up the contract I immediately was very doudfull and bombarded them with questions Sarah was the consultant eventually I decided to pay that she told me that when n the funds reflect the loan would be paid when I asked later that day she said they had a technical problem but that the funds will be paid the flowing morning the next morning at 12 I asked her what was happening then she said no I must pay the insurance fees being R5897 the moment they receive that the funds will be paid out because it's surety for the loan should anything gapped I told her that I will seed a policy to them and that I haven't got that Money she said that is not accepted I didn't pay that nor did I get my other money back All I want to say is be careful we are pensioner that has a lot of medical expenses due to cancer and really need that loan but instead of getting some extra funds we were ripped of the little we have
