I'm so disappointed and frustrated on them. They called and we made an arrangement that they will communicate with my creditors so that I can pay a lesser amount. They did that. At the end of July the outstanding balance was R1400 and something apparently. To my surprise at the end of August they dicided to take the whole R3282 and the credits were not paid. I contacted them on the very same day. They were pretending as if they will help me. On the 19 of September I saw an update that the credits were paid however there was still a balance of R11 and some adds. I contacted them telling them those areas must be paid on the August money because I want my full salary at the end of September. I was so stressed from the 26 of August because I was expecting a refund to make preparations for my daughter's matric dance. I didn't get the refund. On the 12 of September I was involved in a car accident because of stress. Today again they debited R3282. I don't know what am I still paying now.
