Water application

Did a water application struggle with city and their contractors 2 months to switch on the water and provide us with leading and a meter guys come out today no leading need to send through to the city and then they providing with meter payment was made more than 2 months ago what happened with our government no service I'm disgusted nobody is making contact i must call in everyday no help
