Shortage of water in Mashona - Mahlabathini

Hi Minister, I am worried about the water in Mashona- Mahlabathini people are not getting water and this its been going on for years can you please talk to the officials there, because there many pensioners that stay in Mashona. It really bad and I think there is something that is really bad that the officials are doing there.

Now I am only thinking about the pensioners who can not even hold a bucket of water or even walk to river. Please do something this is bad for your department.
