Service delivery

I am very disappointed with the service delivery of Tshwane Municipality, it's been 25 years since Enkangala Dark City was started, we now have pre-paid electricity, pre-paid water and still have no toilets.

With other sections having proper toilets this can only mean someone is not doing their job and just eating the taxpayer's money.

When will rhe people have proper toilets?
