Phephechu

I would like to convey my thanks and appreciation to a lady named Phephechu working at Department of water affairs in Vermuellen street Pretoria.

This lady is a star and has a great personality.

I went to her office with a problem and left with an big smile on my face. She was able to resolve my problem right there and then. She even gave me counselling while which helped me a lot.
