Pathetic service from JHB WATER

Since Christmas Eve a call was logged regarding no water at 42 Hendrik Potgieter Road Florida North. On 26th Dec someone called to say they're coming out to fix the problem and no one came. Several calls has been made to JHB Water and most of them were ghost calls as no one was on the other end to actually take the call (very pathetic customer service). It's 28th Dec and still no water yet we're paying clients for this "ESSENTIAL SERVICE". The matter was escalated to the Ward counselor and not even that intervention proved to be client friendly. What more must one do to get service delivery? The water is streaming down the road-what a waste and no one seems to care
