Over Billed on water

<p>My name is Lucy Hemmie Dlomo. Live at 11813 zenith street lenasia extension 13, i'm very angry and sick and tired of looking at my bill each month and find my bill as high as ever. I don't even own a swimming pool and yet I owe over R300 000, does that even make any sense??? When I enquire about it, I'm not given an explanation on what could cause it. The last I've been told were the employees telling me there might be a leak in the water meter, they came to see it but they were also confused about it and didn't bother to come look at it anymore. I tried to fix the problem but no-one met me half way in solving my issue, instead I receive invoices every month. I use water in the morning to bath, during the day no one is even at home. At night I use little amount to cook. It has always been that way.</p>
