No water for residents

I am making this complaint on behalf of the entire Stinkwater community in Hamanskraal, just outside of Pretoria. They have been promised water availability in 2015 and now it is nearing April and there is still no water for the community. They do not get any feedback from the responsible municipality and are really struggling to perform simple daily duties. My father is a 68 year old man, who has to travel far to collect water using a wheel-barrow from residents who build JOJO Drums that carry water. I wanted to do the same for him but it would cost me R8000 which I do not have right now and why should I pay it out of my own pocket when we pay taxes which recently escalated anyway?<br> <br> Can the department please attend to this ASAP, this is the community that creates productivity to ensure that Taxes are paid from their own salaries, these are residents that votes passionately.<br> <br> Let us please be considerate and provide quality services.
