NO WATER FOR KIDS GOIG BACK TO SCHOOL

We do not have water at Forest Village for 4days in a row. What is frustrating is that we are not informed when they cutting of the water. And we sometimes do not have water for over 24 hours. In some surrounding areas they get trucks that supplies clean fresh water. As for us in Forest Village we are not accommodated at all. This has been happening and when I call the help lines they always say there was a pipe issue. My thing is why kot inform us to be ready and tell us exactly how long can we expect not to have water. Today the 19 schools were opening we did not have water since 18th the morning and our kids had to go to school without having a proper bath we unable to flush toilets. Seriously inconsiderate as we are aware there are areas that they will never fo this in.
