Joburg Water incompetence reaches a new high

<p>Morningside has been without water since 21h00 7 December 2016. It is Friday and there is still no sign of water. Joburg Water do not answer their phones and when they finally do, they are not able to tell you where the problem lies or when it will be sorted.</p> <p>Rumour has it that they still havent located the problem. Is this really possible in a "World Class African City"</p>
