My kids dad passed may 2022 June I submitted all paperwork which was said is correct .... November 2022 to only.hear there is a error 4 months later remember I phone twice a week then they say it's at maintenance or finance u never get the right answers from no one ... yesterday they said our 3 kids papers are at the wrong department but the other two got paid today and only yesterday I was told the papers is in a different department... how does no one see that ? now I ask why provide email addresses when no one reply? I phone thrice a week no answer the worse service.... I went to the gepf head office 4 times no help just phone next week since June... can someone tell me the way foward sick of struggling ... how can 2 kids get paid and 2 kids must wait ... ? How can they just say phone over a week when u phone still no progress they are 4 kids not 2 .... really now I'm.the one that submitted everything to gepf running up and down makes calls but still no answer very frustrating Please I need advise to speed this up
