Collection of id

The service was very much poor at brackpan department of home affairs I was here to collect my ID...they took people who arrived by 10 and we arrived by 6 o'clock at the morning.. most especially the security who helping us from PTE security office...he was very rude to customers. .who wear ring .the vary painfully things I was the first one.......and I have to report on duty guy's.. they don't even wear their name tag...which it wrong all the staff don't wear name tag.. And still here from 6 until 👎 now.
