Arrears for water for 4years

DISCONNECTION WARNING!!!!!! Service Address:***9 3 Mulberry Way S/fontein Village. Since the year 2016 (FOUR YEARS AGO) I have being fighting this water 'saga' where my water keeps goin up!I went to the Municipal Offices in Promenade M/Plain on NUMEROUS occasions to make arrangements to pay off or pay amount IN FULL which they advised me to do!I am 60 yrs old and a widow,and am unemployed,so my best option was to arrange to pay off.I have being paying EVERY MONTH not maybe same amount bt have being paying WITHOUT fail!Nothing happened so I went to Cape Town Offices...stil no end to this water dilemma.Then I went to the Offices in Rocklands,inspectors came out to check (a lady named Lisa)...to date I'm still fighting!HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO FIGHT THIS,yet ther are people I know that are BOTH working and yet ther water was written off!!!Today I receive a WARNING to come in AGAIN to make arrangements and to bring Proof of ID,Proof of income (which I don't gt because I'm not working,if unemployed an affidavit confirming this,Authority to bind a legal entity to an arrangement,and an upfront payment of the current amount outstanding plus and additional payment towards the arrears in terms of the City's Credit Control and Debt Collection Policy! Should I fail to respond to this by 11.10.2020 the City will have no option bt to disconnect WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE!!!HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO FIGHT THIS...PERHAPS ANOTHER FOUR YEARS!!!I AM AT THE END OF MY ROPE!!!
