Poor service

I sent money to a incorrect reference. Fellowed the instructions and called but still my funds haven't been allocated the system instead has a option of password recovery not the allocation option.i received a email saying my ticket has been solved yet my money hasn't been allocated rather it says my password request has been solved...when I try to login it says my details r unknown
