No reply after months

<p>My company has been receiving emails and letters from the DTI/NLA regarding the renewals of our Liquor Licences. I have submitted these forms and have sent all the additional information yet still receive non-compliant letters. i have spoken to about 8 different people over the past few months and all of them tell me to email them. after months i have not received a response from anyone. all i need to know is where my renewals and additional information are going to that we keep getting these letters. and what is the new process regarding renewals according to the new Liquor Act. but after months of calling and emailing not one person can help me with this request.</p>
