CIPC do not answer calls!!!

CIPC - Companies and Intellectual Properties Commission . I have tried calling you on numerous occasions to inquire about company registrations and amendments. The CIPC processes for my clients are dragging out because your CALLS are unanswered. This is such poor service for a government organisation. We have called *** SIX times today!!! This is ridiculous. POOR or NON existent service.
