Abuse of consumers through poor service

Can we be rescued from the hands of our abusers , the Indians and their shop assistant as they do not care about the customers

They do not do refunds They refuse to do exchange and they have instilled the abuse language to their shop assistants They show that all they want is your money not co soldering that you are happy or not about the clothes you bought from them

I know that there is consumer protection act which protect customers from abuse by Indians
