Social workers are getting paid to be selfish

I have 2 kids at my place who are being abused by their mother and stepfather, this has been going for years as the oldest is 17 years. I have heard them saying the branches (tokoza and Germiston) did not help them so I wrote to the social development hotline and I had to keep re-sending mails to get a response. Finally i got a call from ********** 300 with is not working today. but at least they arranged a meeting with a social worker by the name of Jabulile Makhubu from Siluma View on 21-05-2018 who also said she was going to get back to me but she didnt, instead she took the kids birth certificates and when they went to fetch the on 04-05-2018 only then she set a n appointment with the mother and did not inform me. The meeting did not go well as the kids were not given the chance to talk and the social workers closure was"the reason why the problem is not being resolved ukuthi nibafazi nonke"

These people do not want to work because Jabulile asked for the kids certificates again yesterday. What is she doing with them anyway because these kids need help and she said the mother is the one who has to help the child get the ID. She is going to matric this year and her mother said yesterday said she wants nothing to do with them, apparently when they asked to get their clothes the wardrobe was cleaned out. Someone get back to me and do it ASAP. I am really tired of people getting up everyday just to sit at their offices and do nothing, that is called being selfish
