Poorest Service

Bad service from last year and up until now I have never been assisted with my query, I just gets passed on to the next consultant....I have grants die to me from last year and people are starting getting the new grant whereas I haven't received mine after it was wrongfully declined and it was then approved after an appeal was lodged, so here again this year my application is declined with reason being "having an alternative source of which I don't" and the system doesn't allow me to enter into the reconsiderations page to appeal the decision once again. THIS MINISTER HAS FAILED MILLIONS OF CITIZENS THROUGH HER DELAY TACTICS AND NOT BEING HANDS ON, SHE SHOULD BE RE-SHUFFLED as I've sent her DIRECT communication through her email address(I struggled getting it in the first place) but she has never rep**** or had anyone to look into wrongfully declined applicants, what is the source of income maybe I have money somewhere so I've asked them to specify that source to date I don't know what their system picks up so I can rectify it, I jist get ignored and told to be wait 21 days (this has happened for over the past year
