Poor service,social workers of diepsloot

Diepsloot social development services that I get there everytime its poor...they are just earning for doing nothing,I went there on 13th feb 2018 they've said I must leave my numbers they will call me back regarding my case,dololo until today Iam still waiting I went there two weeks ago to reminds them till today...but they've said they wanna work with people but they are failing us...
