Though she might have not be well informed herself due to the pandemic we are facing. I then took a chance in calling the head office, it failed as no one was picking up.

I then wrote an email. Not only did R Raphaahle respond timeously, she empathized with me and proceeded assisting me alongside with D Dunkerley. They gave me the best response and service ever. We are often quick to complain, and rarely compliment. They truly deserve higher positions. I'm humbled by their acts
