NPO Certificate

We registered an NPO in August 2018, few week later, we obtained our NPO registration number. After countless calls and emails to the Department of Social Development in Cape Town , we still have not received our certificate to date, with no clear explanation. This is affecting the NPO badly, as all applications are dependant on the certificate.
