No stipend received for 10 months

I am writting on behalf of me and my colleague. We have a problem in regard of being paid our stipend by our None Profit Organizations (NPO) kopano Manyano. It's been 10 months now since we received our stipend and everyday we do report on duty. Everytime time we ask we get different answers that don't lead to a solution to our problem .There hear says are that's The delay is from the funder which is social development, and the NPO has given them everything they requested in order for them to release funds to them but yet still no outcome has been done since they promised to release funds December of 2021. We are now struggling to get to work because we don't have funds anymore and we are reaching the end of the financial year not receiving anything so please help us volunteers to get our stipend.
