Neglected ECD Sector

This department lacks direction. They neglect the very important organ in community. The Early childhood development. During this Covid19 lockdown, ECD centers were promised relief, but still today they are waiting. They have to carry the burden of parents who are unable to pay fees. But the government is prepared to pay the unemployed R350, what about the creche??
