Looking for an alternative to get my Adoption Certificate.

THE REGISTRAR OF ADOPTIONS: I require my adoptions certificate to submit for another application. Without this I can write a new prospecting future on my belly. I have called, sent emails, called, as physically I could not go due to Covid-19. No answer and when the phone does ring, it prompts to leave a message which you can’t do anyway. With so many numbers available, one would think someone would eventually answer. Out of PURE FRUSTRATION is there a company that provides a service to get my adoption certificate. The Registrar of Adoptions are downright useless.
