Inhumane supervisor

I went to the Kroonstad social development offices at KGI Building to seek help. Upon arrival i was assisted well until a grey haired old lady whom i was told is a supervisor Nthabesing by name came shouting at one of the social workers in front of us clients, as a trauma client, i was triggered by her insensitivity and lack of humanity to just shout and embarass the social worker right in front of us, it took me a while to be able to speak when my turn to be assisted came because her voice was ringing in my ear. That old lady needs to retire why is she even still working.
