Horrible service for my child mantainance order request

<p>Good day</p> <p>Around the 23rd of February 2017 I went to Kwamhlanga magistarte court to apply for a child mantainance order against the Wandisile Bana who is the father of my 6 year old daughter Amyoli Uminam Ndinani Sitshinga. I was given a file number 164/17 and the date 11/05/2017 to appear before court for the case. I gave them his Full name and surname and ID number, plus also his residential address which is in the Eastern Cape and i was told that he would b e summoned to appear at the court on the set date. Two weeks before the court date i called the offices just to confirm that everything was still in order because i was not around Kwamhlanga therefore i wanted to avoid travelling to Kwamhanga on the day just to be told something was not done and as per my instincts i was told By Mr Cindi that Mr Bana was not yet served with the papers which summon him to be present on that day and therefore the case will not be sitting on the set date. Mr Cindi then told me that He would send all his details to their tracing department so that they could try and trace where he works, giving me reasons that the residential address could be giving them problems since he might be at work during the day. Fair enough i understood those reasons, he then told me that he would contact me soon as the department gets back to him. I waited and about 3 weeks later i called Mr Cindi again. He told me the department had not yet gotten back to him. I find this very unproffessional as i am sure that it is the deparments daily job to trace people for cases such as these. None the less since then i have been calling with no help, and some time I called i spoke to Mr Maliza (not sure of the spelling as his secretary, Eunice also did not want to spell it for me) He also said he would look into it and get back to me. Today is the 18 of July and I still haver not gotten a response from any of the people i have spoken to. I am in Springs in Jhb visiting as i do not work therefore it is far for me to go there just to check on what is going on.I called again today , the switchboard lady transfers me to both their offices but i get not answer, i leave a message almost everytime to be called back but no one ever does. I have no idea what to do anymore but i am very irritated by the poor ,appauling service from these offices. Can you please assist?</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Miss Sitshinga</p>
