Dissatisfaction

My niece is being abused by her own mother, her father then went to the department of social developments in Durban Pinetown office, he provided them with the evidence of pictures showing how brutally his 4 year old was abused , I feel like social worker assigned to this case didn’t do her best, she just said she can’t take the baby away from a mother and asked a mother to attend counselling. The mother then left the province with the baby and she cannot be contacted, the social worker told my brother to go to that other province’s police station to report the matter, the matter that she couldn’t handle at early stage. I’m not happy with the service of that office, as we speak we don’t know how the child is being treated wherever she is.
