************** and Unfair encounter at the hands of social servants

On the 21 September 2020 I went to the social development satellite here in Hammanskraal.Which I was given an appointment for the 23rd noon for a meeting with my spouse.Then something drastic transpired after I left the dsd office at Temba On And since the next day the 24th was a holiday I waited for the following Monday to go and give feedback to the social worker (Rebone Manganye) that was counselling me and my spouse.When I came in she was not around until around 2:00 pm. She listened to me as I related what happened on the 23rd September 2020. Initially when I came to see her I asked her to negotiate for me a place of safety since I was experiencing domestic abuse at my home.She told me all the shelters were overwhelmed and full When I thought that she will do something about my plight and destitution she told me it was late already she has to go and fetch her children from school. Then she gave me a lift to the place I had asked for shelter and her cell number to buzz her and see if she is in the office to attend to my predicament the next day. I found it was unfair and unjust how do I keep coming to the same place frequently whereas I'm out of my home and don't have money for taxi fares. Even at this juncture I'm still,hurting and traumatized.Above all feel failed by the authority to defend and save my life. I also wrote an email to the Council of Social Service Profession about my agony and anguish and disappointment I encountered,just because I don't originate from Hammanskraal perhaps who knows, maybe it's social ************** at ity highest degree.
