Bad service from Social Development Pretoria

On 7 July 2024 the court grant me a beautiful daughter via adoption. They send me the court papers immediately. And then send the papers also to Social Development to change the birth certificate and send me all the other relevant documents. Bear in mind i send her original birth certificate so that mean i do not have a birth certificate to do anything. She is T 1 diabetic and needs to be on my medical aid. But because there is no birth certificate they cant add her. I phoned, phones always on voicemail, send emails no replies. My child needs medical care that means a medical aid will be the best. So i am stuck. I am ****ed and very disapointed with Social Development Pretoria.
