Bad service

<p>I registered an NPO using the online service on 11/11/2016 and it was successfully registered. I received proof of registration and told to wait 8weeks for the certificate, I have not received it until today. If I go to enquire at the nearest DSD office there are so many people who are also not receiving certificates and there is no communication from DSD regarding the delays. When you call their offices, the calls are not answered, they just ring until it cuts off. Today again I phoned the DSD offices ( 012 number) , someone answered the phone and told me to hold, I was holding for more than 10minutes until I ran out of airtime. There are 10 relatives of mine who are also waiting from January and February. Atleast they should communicate with us and tell us what's causing the delay and when can we expect to receive the certificates. </p>
