Bad attitude

My sister the baby daddy has a case that its handled by Thibo a social worker I didn't like her conduct and attitude when I call her just to find out exactly whats going on. She was rude and told me I can report her to her supervisor if I'm not happy with her conduct when I asked for the number she told me I must come to the department and then she international put me on hold. Then I called for another social worker Funani Florence Ngobeni I asked for the details of the complaints department and she promise to call back of which she didn't and when I her back she didn't answer and I left a voicemail. I'm overwhelmed by a pathetic service i got from one Department that you l now they have people's interest at heart and they are always neutral with their case.
