Widow's Time and Money Wasted

For the past nine(9)years,since 2011,my mother-in-law has been wasting her time and money frequenting the offices of the department with the hope that her husband's minibus will be one day s****ped and she be financially compensated. What is hurtful is that she was given a run-around all these being told she has to this and that document and on top of she was paying for the license disc,but it was all a waste.Today the 20 Feb 20 finally she was informed that her car cannot be s****ped as it is old besides they don't have a record of her on their system. What nonsense is that ?It is crazy because we have records to prove them wrong such as the certificate of registration. How inconsiderate and insensitive as this department treated this woman!The government is indeed failing to serve us.
