Road not repaired

It has been 4 months since the Department of Water have come over to fix a pipe that had burst.This was actually under the road(in front of my home.Hats off to the Dept of water as they responded immediately and even worked till the early hours of the morning to sort out the problem.But the road has not been sorted.Its unsightly,dusty and its actually difficult for cars to pass not to mention how difficult it is to get in and out of my driveway.We have complained but nobody cares.The Dept concerned are so ineffective that sometimes residents take it upon themselves to repair a little pot hole.My problem runs across the road and I will not repair something that someone else is getting paid for.
