Pot holes causing motorists a lot of damage

On the 4 April 2015 at about 20h30 a pot hole cracked my 19'inch rim. As you turn right at traffic lights from haldon ave coming into bloemfontein you turn into Victoria ave just to your left there is a massive pot hole. This is really poor service delivery from our government since when was that pot hole there, why on earth are we paying tax that also went up by the way what are you guy's doing with the money. This is unacceptable from an tax payers point of view.
