Poor service delivery at Department of Community Safety and Transport Management

The service we receive at the Department of Community Safety & Transport Management (Operating Licence and Permits) in Mahikeng - North West is very poor. We app**** for temporary permits since 09H00 in the morning and we are still waiting for them at 17H22. Our trips are japediced, Ntombi is not a friendly person to assist public transport operators. It is like they are doing us a favour, whereelse we are paying the services. Other people with Big names do not que but they receive their permits before anyone else. This is unfair.
