Help with a pothole claim that happened on the 26 December

Hi to whom it may concern I was driving on the R553 on the 26 December 2021 when i approached 2 potholes that wasn't visible due to the fact off the street lights isn't working for as long as I know (Many years).Poor road markings and there was 2 huge potholes that caused alot off damage to my car.Im now left without a car and which is basically costing me much more to get around.Im still waiting for a ref number or someone to phone me so i know what to do.I have a police affidavit and all relevant photos and emails and calls that i made.

I have made many off calls but its like they dont want to answer any calls
