farm roads and minor tar roads in the free state

roads in the free state is so bad that you can buy a 500 thousand rand bakkie and the body will crack with in 30000km or the bumper will fall off , why because the guys in charge say 70 % of money give must go for wages and 30% to fix or sc**** the roads . they say they have no money to fix the roads but the worker therefore is sitting on there asses getting paid and doing nothing . very nice and a well worked out system
