DRIVER'S LICENCE FIASCO

Renewed my Drivers Licence at Langlaagte in March, 2019. Promised to SMS when Card was ready for collection. Still waiting to hear if the Card is available! Tried phoning their numbers on their website but NO ONE answers! Tried using their "SMS" 33214, but still NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Told by a Traffic Policeman that even they CANNOT get the Card! What do we do next????
