DElay in my drivers liecence

I have app**** for my Drivers licence at Temba , Hamanskraal 21-02-2018 and they told me it will be ready by 6weeks and i went back to their offices and it still was pending with cape town office, I have been calling eversince every week and i am always told to call again from March - April till today it is still pending 11-02-2018 its still in printing.

i have never head anyone waits for drivers licence this long...

please help people.
