******* Pietermaritzburg traffic police

I was waiting in a bus stop and there were cars parked with no drivers inside. A traffic police Mr Mbanjwa came to me and told me to move. I made a 24 second call and moved. He then followed my car so I made a u- turn to pack in an acceptable parking. He then gave me a traffic fine of R 1500 that I did not listen to him and that I made a u- turn according to him it not safe. But it was safe and there is no sign that say no u- turn mind you he was following & stopping me, I did not want to look like I'm running. Looking at the time in my phone all this happen within 5 minutes. I can only Assume that maybe he wanted a cash or something from me because he did not write tickets for cars that had no drivers and I did not break any law.
