Un-paid shared from Telkom diabo scheme

I am Tshepiso Sebopela. In 2016 i received a call from DPE lookong fory dad. Sadly that weekend we were laying to his final resting place. Then the guy i was speaking to asked me if I know a man named Simon Mogaledi Sebopela who used to work for Telkom. I said yes he passed on in 2002. Then he asked for me Tshepiso. I told him it was me who he was talking to. He said my late uncle left us beneficiaries me, my sister Lorrain Sebopela and my late dad. So we must go to a Police station to make an affidavit stating everything even our names and the late uncle's death certificate which we did not too long after burying my dad. We heard nothing from them ever since.. Till i took an initiative to complain at computer shares dept. Early this year. I was reffered to several people till i spoke to ooo a lady Mrs Edna, i explained mu story and gave details she needed to use to check on the system. She said she can see that there is money still hanging and not claimed, gave me the reference number of the shares, then she explained that they are no longer handling those matters it was given back to Dept of Public Enterprises. She also gave me the names of 2 ppl and their numbers who i should contact. Early this year i contacted the number 1 was not going through and the on the other number i spoke to Mr Matjila. I explained my story and told him i am one of the beneficiaries. I gave him information he needed from me. Then he said he will get back to me. Ever since that time i have not heard anything from him and now when i call his office number no one answers.. Almost a year now nothong has happened.
