Zelda Van Wyk has No Customer ethics.

Good Day, I would like to report Zelda Van Wyk. I called in this morning to enquire about adult matric for my husband and she then transferred my call, however the line got disconnected. I then called back an d mentioned to her that i just called her now and that the call was cut can she maybe provide me with direct line. She rudely told me that she gets a million calls and can't remember who she speaks to. She didn't even give me a chance to explain, spoke to me like I'm a child, saying to me no no no no no, i shouldn't talk to her that way. She spoke all over me, not giving me a chance to explain. She is extremely rude and very unprofessional. She is there to assist with politeness and courtesy. Something she clearly lacks. Please Pull up the call and you will hear how rude she was. I Hope that she gets dealt with. My issue is still not resolved because i put the phone down in her face before i said something i would regret!!!
